Curve bridge: Based on the natural free flow of a wave, a curved pedestrian bridge is proposed to connect the linear parks. The smooth curve of the pedestrian overhead bridge contrasts with the linearity of the park on either side.; Straight Bridge: Adopting and extending the continuity of the linear park alongside King Abdul-Aziz Road one crossing is achieved by means of a straight linear pedestrian bridge

The main span was to be designed to clear a 40m navigational channel to allow boats up to 15m long and 7m high to pass; Overall, the bridge had 8 no. 45m back spans on one side, then a 60m main span then another 45m back span; Bridge form 2 post tensioned concrete box girders of uniform depth – each carrying 2 lanes of traffic, with inclined piers supporting the spans over water and vertical piers for spans over mud flats.

The Headquarter Building for the Environment Department is designed to monitor, record, and provide solution for the city environment needs for air, water pollution and solid waste generation; Building with 4,000 m² covered area; A site of 1 Hectare and will have three laboratories – wet chemistry, instrumentation and marine laboratory for testing.

The project supports the NTP initiative by improving industrial zone readiness and securing a reliable logistics link to the port. The design enables supports multiple functions, uses modern materials and technologies.

Retal Urban Development Company is launching a major residential project in prime Jubail locations, with BCC handling EPC delivery. The design targets a modern, locally aligned architectural identity that can serve as a model for future Retal communities. Spanning three Royal Commission sites Jalmuda, Yasmeen, and Khozama - the development aims to create an attractive, socially and economically beneficial residential environment.

The Royal Commission mandates the redevelopment of Al-Huwaylat’s 2.2-ha VIP Park, requiring updated layout plans and technical details for new irrigation, landscaping, and integrated softscape and hardscape systems.

The Intermediate School aims to maximize lot limitation and allow for spatial variety by breaking through in a vertical manner within the constrained site. Auxiliary spaces like the food court and multipurpose room are situated on the ground floor, whereas the first floor has specialized art classrooms. This establishes a border for a free and comfortable area, together with a centrally located Open Hall and colorful floor coverings.

The mosque's façade is constructed with stone to demonstrate a modern, strong, and simple expression among the landscape at the site, creating an appropriate contrast with natural stone façade elements and as well as painted hues coatings.

Modern local mosque facade design with a capacity of 559 worshippers combines cultural and spiritual symbolism with climate-responsive features, durable regional materials, and harmonious proportions, all integrated to fit the surrounding urban context while ensuring functionality, privacy, and ease of maintenance.

The local mosque is designed to accommodate 369 worshippers within a narrow plot, balancing orientation towards the Qibla with space for the prayer hall and parking. It integrates with the local urban fabric, respecting scale and views while maintaining visual prominence and preserving privacy and focus, and the overall design facilitates ease of maintenance.
