Dareen East Beach Development
Jubail, KSA
Approximately 2.5 km long shoreline dredging; Width of the zone varies from less than 150m to over 250m and water depth of 5m at low tide for recreational watercraft; Approximately 50 hectares proposed waterfront park include primary and secondary infrastructure for beachfront chalets, luxury restaurants and shops, administration buildings and dredging adjacent to the shoreline.
Dareen Bridge
Jubail, KSA
The main span was to be designed to clear a 40m navigational channel to allow boats up to 15m long and 7m high to pass; Overall, the bridge had 8 no. 45m back spans on one side, then a 60m main span then another 45m back span; Bridge form 2 post tensioned concrete box girders of uniform depth – each carrying 2 lanes of traffic, with inclined piers supporting the spans over water and vertical piers for spans over mud flats.
Exhibition Park & Promenade
Jubail, KSA
It contains large unique sculptural shade structure which will form the focal point of the park; Large open space to conduct social and corporate events; Opportunity to have future kiosks by investors have been identified; Amenities like seating area, water fountain, waterfront viewing deck has been provided to attract nearby office employees during break time.
Family Villas (Hop-9)
Yanbu, KSA
350 single family detached Villas; The floor plans comprise two villa types - A and B, to maximize utilization of the land allocation and to achieve better arrangement in the cul-de-sacs; Each villa type has a further two optional floor plan layouts together with alternate options for exterior elevation treatment.
Marjan Guest House Expansion
Yanbu, KSA
4,500 m² Site Area; 2,134 m² Total Covered Area; Saudi Modern architectural theme with three (3) main functional areas: the Office and Reception area, the Private Residence area and the Service areas; Courtyards and gardens are also incorporated into the design
Operation and Maintenance Building
Jazan, KSA
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) facility which includes the Support Services Department Building, Warehouse and associated site infrastructure; Design was undertaken fully in house and in 3D Revit and BIM to ensure that everything is fully coordinated and there are no clashes to be resolved on site.
Warehouse Building
Jazan, KSA
6,000 m² Pre-engineered Warehouse; 2,000 m² Chemical Store; Offices area to accommodate 40 staff (Workstations), with provision for expansion with additional 20 staff; 10 Hectares Site Area
Environmental Safety and Control Department Building
Yanbu, KSA
The Headquarter Building for the Environment Department is designed to monitor, record, and provide solution for the city environment needs for air, water pollution and solid waste generation; Building with 4,000 m² covered area; A site of 1 Hectare and will have three laboratories – wet chemistry, instrumentation and marine laboratory for testing.
Security Forces Building
The new four-cluster Security Building is designed to integrate with the community, remain visible and accessible, and project a protective presence. Its layout follows crime-prevention principles through transparency, controlled access, strong identity, and clear territorial boundaries. The design enables supports multiple functions, uses modern materials and technologies.
Jabeen Housing Project
Retal Urban Development Company is launching a major residential project in prime Jubail locations, with BCC handling EPC delivery. The design targets a modern, locally aligned architectural identity that can serve as a model for future Retal communities. Spanning three Royal Commission sites Jalmuda, Yasmeen, and Khozama - the development aims to create an attractive, socially and economically beneficial residential environment.
Intermediate School
Jazan, KSA
The Intermediate School aims to maximize lot limitation and allow for spatial variety by breaking through in a vertical manner within the constrained site. Auxiliary spaces like the food court and multipurpose room are situated on the ground floor, whereas the first floor has specialized art classrooms. This establishes a border for a free and comfortable area, together with a centrally located Open Hall and colorful floor coverings.
Mosque
Jazan, KSA
Modern local mosque facade design with a capacity of 559 worshippers combines cultural and spiritual symbolism with climate-responsive features, durable regional materials, and harmonious proportions, all integrated to fit the surrounding urban context while ensuring functionality, privacy, and ease of maintenance.
