The Royal Commission is to construct three one-bedroom apartment building blocks in AI-Huwaylat District as part of the Residential Development. These apartment buildings comprise two 3- storey and one 4-storey block and are located in two separate plots in AI- Huwaylat District.
The development is a site adaptation and consists nominally of eighty one-bedroom apartment units. The 4-storey buildings were modeled on the 3-storey building and modified for the extra floor.
