DEVELOPMENT OF CITY CENTRE, JUBAIL

Since 2007 the Royal Commission (RC) has been exploring the development of Jubail Industrial City (JIC) City Centre through various market, real estate and economic studies, as well as urban planning symposiums. The proposed City Centre development will comprise an area of approx. 280 hectares. A 50 hectare area in the southwest has been designated a Priority Area and is zoned for business related uses including a corporate anchor landmark building, a convention facility and a retail centre.

The FAEC Scope of Work under this task included the detailed engineering design of utilities and associated infrastructure for the Priority Area and key Collector Roads.
